Today's trainees are tomorrow's experts. With this in mind, we train people in a range of roles. At our headquarters in Switzerland, we offer 26 apprenticeships in six different career paths.* For young graduates, our trainee programmes offer exciting opportunities to put their knowledge into practice and broaden it. Participation in programmes like these often results in a permanent role.
