For decades, energy efficiency has been an important consideration for us when developing new products. Back in 1994, for example, we equipped the IMPRESSA 500 with an automatic switch-on and switch-off function to prevent unnecessary power consumption.

This was followed by technologies such as Energy Save Mode (E.S.M.©) in 2004, the Zero-Energy Switch (2007) and energy-saving thermoblocks with optimised efficiency that heat up more quickly thanks to their reduced mass. Our products comply with DIN standard 18873-2.

Whenever we design a new product or improve an existing one, the optimisation of energy efficiency always plays a key role.

We are thus making a contribution to achieving SDG 7

SDG access to energy Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all.
